ST. LOUIS COUNTY (First Alert 4) — The St. Louis County Library is rolling out a new tool that will give readers the opportunity to read in busy spaces.
The ePopUp library will give users immediate access to thousands of popular digital books and audiobooks. All you have to do is scan a QR code with your phone. No library card is required.
The new service will be available at select bi-state locations, St. Louis County government offices, Metro transit, Schnucks stores, and trhoughout St. Louis Lambert Airport.
