Pennsylvania Drug Dealer Convicted for Selling Deadly Dose of Fentanyl Laced Cocaine

In Palm Bay, Florida, a shocking case is unfolding as 16-year-old Julia Grace Egler has been detained and may face charges as an adult after reportedly confessing to the murder of her mother, Kelley McCollom, 42, and her mother’s boyfriend, Matthew Szejnrok, 22. The Palm Bay Police Department has charged Egler with two counts of first-degree murder following the tragic incident on July 6.

According to authorities, Egler greeted the couple with the words “Welcome home” before launching a deadly attack inside their Benchor Road residence. Court records and police reports detailed that the night turned violent when Egler allegedly used her mother’s .38 Special handgun to shoot both victims multiple times.

The situation escalated further when Szejnrok, attempting to flee the assault, was cornered by Egler in the bathroom. There, the teenager is accused of stabbing him repeatedly with a chef’s knife before shooting him again to ensure his death.

The episode concluded with Egler making a deceptive 911 call around 12:06 a.m., where she claimed a man had broken into their home. When police arrived shortly after, they found Egler outside the house, where she initially continued to allege a burglary, claiming she had hidden in her room with her pit bull during the incident.

HARRISBURG, PA — Nathan R. Wolfe, a 41-year-old man from Kittanning, Armstrong County, has been convicted on multiple charges including third-degree murder and drug delivery resulting in death. The conviction stems from a 2020 incident where Wolfe provided a lethal mix of cocaine laced with fentanyl, resulting in the fatal overdose of 43-year-old Eric McMillen.

The verdict was delivered on Thursday afternoon following a three-day trial where the Armstrong County jury heard detailed accounts of the February 5, 2020 incident. In addition to the murder charges, Wolfe was found guilty of aggravated assault, involuntary manslaughter, delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, and criminal use of a communication facility. He is scheduled to be sentenced on September 20 by Judge Chase G. McClister.

Attorney General Michelle Henry emphasized the dangers of fentanyl in the community, praising the jury and legal teams for their roles in addressing the severe implications of drug trafficking. The case, led by Armstrong County District Attorney’s Office Detective Brian Wolfe, saw contributions from several local police departments and the Pennsylvania State Police in the investigation.

Armstrong County District Attorney Katie Charlton acknowledged the collaborative effort of local law enforcement and thanked the Attorney General’s office for their role in securing the conviction. The trial included critical testimony regarding the transaction that led to McMillen’s death, which occurred in a Shop N’ Save parking lot, where Wolfe exchanged the drugs for the use of McMillen’s vehicle. Further testimony revealed that Wolfe was aware the cocaine was laced with fentanyl and continued to distribute it, leading to additional non-fatal overdoses.
