Thought Machine and Quantifeed Combine Capabilities to Help Banks Digitally Service Customers

Thought Machine, the London-based cloud-native banking technology company, is joining forces with Quantifeed, the digital wealth management solution provider, to combine their capabilities to better service the global private banking sector.

By combining the capabilities of the Quantifeed ‘QEngine’ platform and the core banking platform ‘Vault Core’ from Thought Machine, the firms are looking to offer a new comprehensive solution for private banks. The combined proposition hopes to help banks service their customers through more digital engagement, and increase the productivity of their relationship managers.

The new integrated system will connect front, middle, and back offices, enabling banks to navigate and migrate from monolithic, legacy technology and develop new investment products and distribution channels. Quantifeed and Thought Machine are currently engaged with several clients, including one of Hong Kong’s fastest-growing digital banks.

Financial institutions, advisors, and portfolio managers will also be able to streamline advice generation and trade execution, boosting overall productivity. As a result, customers can enjoy a seamless and engaging experience while achieving their investment goals.

Thought Machine is enjoying significant levels of success, delivering modern, cloud-native core and payment technology to retail and commercial banks worldwide. Vault Core, is live and in production with Tier 1 banks, digital challengers, and fintechs, including Lloyds Banking Group, Standard Chartered, as well as Italy-based banking firm Intesa Sanpaolo.

Quantifeed enables financial institutions to provide customer-centric and modular investment services. By combining software engineering and quantitative finance expertise, Quantifeed has delivered its digital wealth solutions to clients worldwide, including DBS, HSBC, MUFG Bank in Asia, BBVA, Fidelity, and Julius Bär in Europe.

The news comes one month after Thought Machine extended its partnership with payments giant Mastercard, to deliver high-quality payments and core banking capabilities to financial institutions wanting to modernise their technology stack.

More recently, the firm also partnered with Ethos, a financial services company dedicated to ethically minded consumers in the UK, to launch a Shariah-compliant digital service.
