Hunter Releases Mobile Bench Lathe

Hunter Engineering Co. has released a new mobile bench version of its BL Series Bench Lathe.  

The mobile version allows technicians to move the lathe around the shop for convenience.  

The new mobile bench is made with Chip Funnel and features large, locking casters for quick relocation and a push handle for a grab point.  

The unit is compatible with Hunter’s dust collection system and features three heavy-duty drawers with rubber floor liners.  

“Not only will the mobility make the lathe more convenient to use, but easier to clean under and behind it,” says Greg Meyer, product manager for brake lathes at Hunter. 

“Keeping the adaptors safely stored in the drawers also keeps them away from dust.” 

Hunter’s BL Series Bench Lathe is a combination bench lathe that brings speed, precision and versatility to brake service, according to Hunter officials.
