MP News: A young man has been kidnapped in Guna, Madhya Pradesh, and forced to drink urine. The young man claims that his relatives kidnapped him and held him hostage for three days. They garlanded him with shoes, dressed him in women’s clothes, blackened his face, cut his hair and dragged him around the village.
Following the incident, Fatehgarh police registered an FIR against the seven suspects. Fatehgarh police station in-charge Kripal Singh said the suspects are residents of Rajasthan. Complainant Mahendra said he had gone to throw fertiliser in a field during which 10 to 12 people forced him to sit in a jeep. The youth alleges that they first beat him up. They adorned him with women’s clothes and shoes. He was also forced to drink urine.
They demanded Rs 2 million.
Kuripali Singh said he was kidnapped and taken to Jhalawar and Patan in Rajasthan. The accused also made a video of the entire incident and demanded Rs 2.5 lakh from him. The accused released the youth on the condition that he hand over Rs 2 lakh within three days. When the victim went to Jhagarh Post Office to complain about the incident, the police demanded money instead of taking action.
Tricked and kidnapped
Mahendra’s family members said that Mahendra’s uncle’s daughter was married to Ramesh. When he married another woman, his daughter ran away. These people would not eat food from his hand and used to beat him. A complaint was also filed about this, so the people tricked Mahendra, took him away and subjected him to brutality. Mahendra’s brother Toofan said that Mahendra and his brother-in-law used to help him in adding fertiliser. They were travelling together in a tractor for the last one month but four-five days ago, he cheated on Mahendra.
What did the SP say?
The SP said, “We are aware of the case. The complainant came to me after which I sent him to Fatehgarh police station. Though she was assaulted in Rajasthan, the kidnapping offence took place here, hence the case was registered in Guna district.”
