King & Spalding Hires Business Litigation Partner Duffy in NYC

Chris Duffy has joined King & Spalding as a partner in its business litigation practice group in New York, the firm said Thursday.

Duffy focuses on high-value and complex commercial trials, appeals, pre-litigation disputes, and government investigations, according to the firm.

He represents a range of clients with a focus on financial institutions and cross-border disputes, the firm said.

Duffy joins from Vinson & Elkins, where he co-led the firm’s commercial litigation group.
