Furthermore, 91% of Thai business leaders believe that their companies need to adopt AI to stay competitive.

In response to this trend, the report emphasizes the increasing importance of AI skills in the workforce, with 90% of Thai leaders expressing a preference for candidates with AI skills over those with more work experience.
