Baltic Classifieds Group Witnesses Major Share Sell-off

Baltic Classifieds Group Plc (GB:BCG) has released an update.

Baltic Classifieds Group PLC has reported Antler EquityCo S.à r.l.’s complete divestment from the company, selling around 63 million shares and exiting its position. The transaction included a secondary placing to institutional investors, which raised approximately £146 million, and an off-market purchase by the company itself for around £10 million. The deals were managed by BofA Securities and are expected to be settled by July 17, 2024.
