Unless you are living under a rock, you might have come across the news that Robert Downey Jr. will feature as Dr. Doom. Fans are beyond excited to explore more of this character. Well, if you are a Fortnite fan and an MCU fanatic, you’re in for a treat. Get ready for a taste of Doomsday!

In Fortnite’s Chapter 5 Season 4: Absolute Doom, you will have to defeat Doctor Doom to claim Victory Royale. Beating such an evil villain is not a task for the weak-hearted. However, if successfully done so, you will be rewarded with ample loot.

You can find Doctor Doom at Castle Doom. It is situated on the northeast side of the map. 

Once you reach the castle, head straight to the Throne Room. Doctor Doom will be seated in the middle on his meaty throne. That’s right, it is made of the flesh from The Thing. (Gross, ikr!)

When the fight begins, players will notice that the opponent’s health bar actually reads “Doombot”. It’s basically the same thing. 

There is no other enemy or the actual Dr. Doom whom you need to defeat later on in the game.

As soon as you enter the Throne Room, Doctor Doom will begin an animation where he rises from his throne. You must open fire during this time. He is a pretty easy boss and there are only a few attacks you need to watch out for. 

Prior to some of his attacks, Doctor Doom will charge himself i.e. when he emits a green light. Whenever this happens, you must seek cover. Either he will perform a kick attack or use a Mystical Bomb. Both attacks can deal significant damage. 

In the middle of the fight, Doom’s Guards will pop up to provide backup. Use the meaty throne in the middle of the room as cover and shoot at your enemies. 

Try to use medium-range weapons like ARs and SMGs. Having a shield will also help in deflecting attacks. 

At any point, do not come too close to Doctor Doom.

Doctor Doom’s Siphon Medallion

The Siphon Medallion is a godsend when there are hordes of enemies flooding in. It is activated when you eliminate enemy players and transfers their health to yours. This way, you can keep up your health in a match.

The only slight hiccup is that the Mystical Bomb has a cooldown period of 12 seconds. The Arcane Blasts can be fired simultaneously for 8 times before you need to charge it.

FlowBerry Fizz

FlowBerry Fizz is a consumable which takes 2 seconds to activate. It sprays a splash up to two tiles and recovers 5 Shield every 0.5 seconds.

You can also use it to heal squad members and even opponents.
