A BICAMERAL conference committee has approved Congress’ final version of the measure imposing a value-added tax (VAT) on nonresident digital service providers.
Albay 2nd District Rep. Joey Salceda, chairman of the House Committee on Ways and Means, on Thursday announced the approval of the joint version.
