In California, a bill that would ban the sale of anti-aging skin care products to young children failed to pass the California Legislature on Thursday. The bill, introduced by Rep. Alex Lee, would prohibit children under 13 from purchasing over-the-counter anti-aging items containing vitamin A or its derivatives.
