Baltic Classifieds Group Plc (GB:BCG) has released an update.

The Capital Group Companies, Inc. has acquired a significant stake in Baltic Classifieds Group PLC, crossing the threshold on June 3, 2024, which resulted in a notification the following day. They now hold 5.334344% of the voting rights through 26,041,232 shares managed across various investment divisions and entities, but none of the shares are owned directly by the parent or its affiliates for their own account. This move by a major investment management firm may indicate strategic confidence in the future of Baltic Classifieds Group PLC.
