Eau Claire business owner pleads not guilty to sexual assault charges

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) – An Eau Claire business owner accused of sexually assaulting several clients receiving cosmetic services pleads not guilty to all charges.

Court records show 40-year-old Christopher Devlin, owner of Renew Aesthetics in Eau Claire, Wis., is charged with second-degree sexual assault with lifetime supervision of serious sex offenders, three counts of capturing an intimate representation without consent, and four counts of fourth-degree sexual assault.

Michael Cohen is representing Devlin.

Devlin also worked at Mayo Clinic Health System, but officials there say he resigned, and an internal investigation found no inappropriate actions between him and patients.

His LinkedIn also shows that he previously worked for HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital and Marshfield Clinic Medical System in Eau Claire.
