Employment scam with Essentia Health

NORTH DAKOTA (KXNET) — Essentia Health is warning people about a fake employment scam, going around.

According to a news release, Essentia said that in most cases, people are getting the job offer from social media.

Those who have been contacted by the scammer say they were asked to provide personal information to advance the hiring process.

Essentia notes that they will never ask for personal information outside of their application system.
