We looked at it too. When we tried to use Google News on our computer, we saw an upside-down ice cream cone with a message saying, “Uh-oh, something went wrong. Please try again.” Millions of users across the globe took to micro-blogging platform X ( previously called Twitter) and reported the issue.
“News feeds seem to be down right now in South Florida,” one person wrote on X. Another user posted, “Google News not loading content – page itself loads though.” Another user complained, “News feed down. SW Ohio.” Google has not responded to the outage reports as of now.
