The Indiana Chamber of Commerce released its new “Employment Law Handbook” to help guide employers through the latest legal and regulatory changes.
The statewide chamber of commerce, based in Indianapolis, releases the handbook every year to update businesses on changes in employment laws, rules and regulations, such as on the latest regulatory decisions and court rulings on issues like employee handbook policies, severance and union elections.
The 19th edition of the handbook was written by attorneys at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath.
“Our new ‘Employment Law Handbook’ provides employers direction and guidance on compliance with both federal and Indiana-specific regulations,” said Vanessa Green Sinders, Indiana Chamber president and CEO. “Hundreds of human resources professionals use this convenient resource to tackle labor law challenges, answer compliance questions and keep their organizations moving forward.”
