New Delhi: Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani’s son Anant Ambani is all set to get married to Radhika Merchant on July 12 at the Jio Convention Center in Mumbai. Ahead of their special day, Mukesh and Nita Ambani gifted their son Anant and daughter-in-law Radhika Merchant a luxurious villa in Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, which is valued at Rs 640 crore.

All about extravagant property

According to reports, Mukesh Ambani purchased a beachside villa on Palm Jumeirah for his youngest son, Anant Ambani and his would-be-wife Radhika Merchant. Reportedly, the property is worth Rs 640 crore, making it the largest-ever residential deal in Dubai.

The sprawling villa pans over 3,000 square feet and boasts 10 bedrooms indoor and outdoor pools, a salon, a bar, and a private spa. The bungalow also includes a 70-meter private beach. Reportedly, the Ambanis will spend crores customising the villa to the couple’s taste.

According to a report by Mint, the deal was finished in April 2023 through Belleview Real Estate agency and the property is said to be among the most expensive buys in Dubai.

Engagement expensive gifts

For Anant and Radhika’s engagement in 2023, Mukesh and Nita Ambani presented them with a luxurious Bentley Continental GTC Speed valued at Rs 4.5 crore. Not only this but at Mukesh Ambani’s Isheta Salgaocar’s cocktail soiree in July 2022, Radhika wore a magnificent pearl and diamond choker, gifted by Nita Ambani.

‘Shubh Vivaah’ or the wedding day will be held on July 12 with the dress code specified as “Indian traditional”. The wedding will be followed by ‘Shubh Aashirwad’ on July 13 with a dress code “Indian formal”. On Jyly 14, Ambanis will host ‘Mangal Utsav’ or the wedding reception and the dress code is “Indian chic”.
