Forest Products Manager Justin Smith, Conroe, Texas
Justin Smith is being promoted to Forest Products Manager in the Conroe, Texas office, where he will supervise the administrative support team and traders. Since joining LBM Advantage in January 2023 as an SPF trader, Smith has played a pivotal role in broadening the scope of business and embracing new challenges. “Notably, he successfully introduced the Texas reload to the membership and manages that reload, along with hedging risk through the CME,” the company said. “Additionally, he has been the point person in the South for forward pricing frame packages for multi-family projects, coordinating with our Building Products division.”
