A subcontractor who was ejected “corruptly” in a business deal between Eskom and an engineering multinational has threatened to add more legal woes for the national power utility’s top brass.

Mageba Megalight Engineering claims it should have been involved in the settlement agreement between Eskom, the Special Investigating Unit  (SIU) and ABB as “victims” of the alleged corruption at Eskom.
