Magnolia business robbery under investigation

MAGNOLIA, Del. – Delaware State Police are investigating a store robbery in Magnolia.

Shortly after 6 p.m. Monday, troopers responded to the Dollar General at 54 West Birdie Lane for a reported robbery. It was learned that an unknown man approached the cashier to make a purchase, and when the register was open, he stole cash and ran from the store.

The cashier was not injured.
