MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) -The Sewell Family of Companies hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for a new dealership in Midland at the corner of Avalon and Deauville.
The new campus will have BMW, Cadillac, GMC, and Buick facilities for sales, service, and parts which relocates their current businesses on Wall Street and Andrews Highway.
It will also feature an E.F. Outfitters store and a made from scratch restaurant, something that President, Collin Sewell says will help them serve the community, “For us its really always been about serving customers and taking care of people. Its been the hallmark of what my grand father my great grand father and my father and myself and my three boys have always really believed is that we have an obligation and an honor to really take care of people that’s really the business that were in.”
The new location is expected to be fully open in 2026. The company released several renderings of the campus you can see below:
Midland Mayor Lori Blong said Midland is happy to welcome the expansion, saying in a statement, “The groundbreaking of the new Sewell development marks an exciting expansion of West Midland, along our rapidly growing commercial corridor on Highway 191.”
