Suspected gunman on the run after shooting man to death outside Gulfgate-area business, Houston

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — Houston police are looking for a suspect who gunned down a man outside a Gulfgate-area business on Friday.

According to police, the shooting happened outside a business at 6420 Gulf Freeway near Griggs Road at about 12:45 pm.

Officers say that two men were playing with gaming machines inside a convenience store.

The victim argued with the suspect before shots were fired, police said. Police believe the suspect lives in the area since he fled on foot.

The suspect was described as a man between 18 and 25 years old, wearing a dark hoodie.
