Warrantywise appoints new Dealer Sales Director

Warrantywise has appointed Wayne Duxbury as its new dealer sales director, effective immediately.

Duxbury will oversee all aspects of dealer operations, including customer relations and key partnerships.

He said: “Warrantywise has grown and evolved significantly over the past few years, and it’s great to be back. I’m focused on ensuring we build a strong foundation for sustained growth as we continue to navigate such a pivotal time.

“Understanding the needs and expectations of our [dealers is paramount, and the journey begins with the first call, where setting clear and achievable expectations is key.

“My focus will be on fostering innovation and collaboration within our team to meet and exceed these expectations as we continue to grow.”

Duxbury began his career at Warrantywise as a dealer account manager and eventually a field sales manager. He then held the role of regional manager and sales director at Momentum Warranties.

His return will include filling the gap left by traditional GAP insurance by providing dealers with the knowledge to inform their comprehensive warranty plans. Already he has launched a customer-facing tool which is a car detailing kit called WiseShine which aims to help boost warranty sales.
